TVGuide.com’s Mickey O’Connor compiled this list titled, Top Moments: Sex with the Ex, Breakups and Kiss-Offs, and the feel-good family show of the year Life Unexpected made the cut!

This week on TV featured lots of tricky relationships. Exes Jules and Bobby found their way back into the sack on Cougar Town, Life Unexpected’s Lux found a family, Jersey Shore’s Sammi and Ronnie eluded love’s fragile bond, and Conan O’Brien played out his very public split with NBC through mordant comedy. Best Debut: On Life Unexpected, Cate and Baze, the high school sweethearts who have not spoken since doing the deed 15 years prior, reunite when Baze calls in to Cate’s radio show to tell her, on air, that the daughter they gave up for adoption has come a-lookin’. “What, were you one of those girls who got knocked up on prom night?” her radio co-host jokes — again, on air. “More like Winter Formal,” Baze says. This interview doesn’t have Britt in it but I really enjoyed it and thought you might as well. It shows Shiri (Cate), Kris (Baze), Reggie (Jamie), and Kerr (Ryan). I really like this cast and show and hope its here to stay!

GREAT NEWS! It’s awesome to see LUX do so well in the first week. I somehow think it’s only going to get stronger.

The CW’s Life Unexpected got off to a fairly strong start for the CW with the best Monday 9pm performance in total viewers all season and the best Monday 9pm performance in viewers since January 12, 2009. Life Unexpected drew a 2.4/6 with CW’s target of women 18-34, that’s about 14 percent better than One Tree Hill did at 8pm. Now the question is whether those who sampled Life Unexpected will come back for more next week.
